Plenty of choice but did find placing my order a little difficult, needed help from my daughter!!

Great steel shed, just what we hoped for.

Have Purchased two plastic sheds, They are fine if
you are under 5'8", I am 6ft. I have had so many accidents when carrying heavy items in or out of these sheds. I do know that one should duck, and I do, but many time not quite low enough, particularly lifting something heavy, I am bald, the top of door frame is quite sharp. Even after taking skin of many times, it will still get you....!! Beware....!!

I done really extensive research for a shed so much it took over my life!
Really easy to order, the quality was very good.
Delivery time was kept to and they put it where I wanted it.
The only downside was they delivered the wrong instructions but the right shed! A quick call to their customer support team and I got a pdf sent through. Emma, Thank you!
One other review stated that their garden building installation takes about 3 weeks to complete so if you need a shed in a hurry, order it and get a local company to erect which is what I did.
Overall, very satisfied.

A good product let down by small but significant details.
The size of the roof spar is inadequate to support the weight and the quality of the door hinge is so poor. Both items replaced at our own cost
Otherwise it’s good value for a budget shed.

They take your money, wait 3 days to send you a text telling you to book your delivery date online. Go online to book it, answer a lot of questions then get an error saying "delivery dates can't be retrieved, call this number". Reply to the email, reply bounces (apparently only they are allowed to use email, not you). Called the number in the error message at 4:30pm on a weekday, office is closed. Finally respond to third harassing email asking me to review their service that hasn't even started yet and write this review.

"Avoid" would be my advice based on experience to date.

The ease of ordering not happy with the delay of installation which I did not see till checkout.

Very easy to use and well explained site. Easy to order. I hope once delivered this continues.

Ordering process straight forward. Delivery came on day selected and ability to track driver meant I knew exactly when the delivery was expected.

Online chat very slow. Waited 20 minutes between answers then gave up and telephoned. Guy on phone very nice and efficient and helpful.

Just in the last few minutes, Ive placed an order for the Mercia Greenhouse. The whole process, from Order to Delivery Date was painless. A really nice bloke called "Billy" took the order without any complications.
